Svalbard roaming

Does the inclusive roaming cover you in Svalbard, which is part of Norway?

I only ask because it mentions roaming is included in Norway, but it mentions the Aland Islands as a separate place which belong to Finland and the Canary Islands which belong to Spain.

I think that the Aland and Canary Islands are both autonomous regions within their respective countries - a bit like the Channel Islands' and Isle of Man's relationship with the rest of the United Kingdom - so may explain why they are listed separately?

AFAIK, Svalbard is actually part of Norway?
