Sudden problem accessing my noip address

I have had my noip.com account pointing to my home server for a couple of years and this was always accessible from my Plusnet Mobile SIM.

However, I am now getting unreachable errors when using the Plusnet Mobile SIM which can been seen in the Trace Route below (x's added for security);

C:\Users\David>tracert xxxxxxx.hopto.org

Unable to resolve target system name xxxxxxx.hopto.org.

BUT, when I do this through a VPN tunnel, OR use my Vodafone SIM everything works as it should;

C:\Users\David>tracert xxxxxxx.hopto.org

Tracing route to xxxxxxx.hopto.org [91.125.xxx.xxx]

over a maximum of 30 hops:

  1    56 ms    48 ms    41 ms  140.82.35.105.vultr.com [140.82.35.105]

This has only started since Friday so I am assuming this is some kind of Plusnet Mobile network issue?

Can anyone help please?

I have done some more testing on this today and the problem does appear to be the network which has now started blocking noip.com addresses. My wife has an EE SIM which has the same issue, but other mobile networks are OK.

Can a ticket be raised somehow to get this looked into please?

Hi dgilbert2. Sorry to hear you're having this issue. I must admit, this is a bit beyond the scope of my understanding, but we certainly have people who can get you the answers
