I was about to start a thread about customer service, but I think this thread has answered my question. When I saw that the underlying supplier was EE I was put off - I have a 20 year history of poor service from them as Orange then as EE, and took the cr*p from them out of sheer momentum. I moved to GiffGaff and have been impressed. My question was, "will Plusnet be handling customer service and contact itself, or EE?". If the answer is Plusnet then I'd be inclined to take up the offer. If not, then forget it!
