My phone has just been stolen in Cape Town South Africa and I can't contact Plusnet online to cancel the SIM

I've also just had my mobile phone stolen last night whilst abroad and need to block the SIM and add/lock the phone's IMEI number. Please can you private message me, as I can't contact PlusNet.
