I joined 7 days ago, I didn't get my new SIM but Plusnet seem to be more than happy to cut my line. I contacted them 2 days ago I was told the new SIM will be with me in 1 or 2 days and still nothing.
Have a made a mistake in signing up? 😥
Currently I haven't got a working mobile phone due to this shambles I have a bunch of appointments I have to book as I am pregnant but I am unable to do this as they cut my line 🤦🏻♀️
I have to go see my friend as I don't have a landline to borrow a phone to once again call them to send a new SIM.
Maybe I shouldn't bother and just cancel this?

Whatever you do, don't just cancel or you may lose your number. Soumds like Your number has already ported to Pkysnet but the sim is lost in the post. If you don't want to stay and wait for a new sim then you need to request a PAC so that you can move your number to a new provider
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
