Still getting charged for cancelled phone service

Hi, I switched to EE Sim at the end of July as recommended in your email. PAC code came and transfer to my new EE Sim went fine, plusnet service was cancelled and EE was active fine.

 

Then at the end of August you took £6.86 from me, why? I had no Plusnet service for the last month and your pac code email said £0.00 termination charges to pay. So that month I paid both you and EE, fun times.

 

Now you are trying to get me to pay another £1.55 with your latest emails to me, also threatening to fine me a £10 late fee. What is going on here?. Please can you stop trying to charge me for a service you made me cancel in the first place, also please refund that £6.86.
