Still being charged after moving number

As requested by Plusnet, I moved my mobile to an alterantive provider.  However, I'm still being charged.  When logging in online it won't provide me access to my account to ensure it has been cancelled.  Instructions are to ring 0800 079 1133, but this is permanently engaged.

I'm owed a refund for two months now.

I also have this problem. I moved mobile phone to another supplier months ago and I am still being billed. The numbers of the website don't work and there is no other forum to contact customer services. Absolutely shocking.

same happening  to me. They now owe me 3 months refund.Managed to speak to someone 2 wks ago who assured me the account would be cancelled but yet another payment taken 3 days ago
