Started the port number 14 days ago not happy

I started the port process 14 days ago, I have found it impossible to contact plus net on-line, the only response I get now when I try to port my number is cannot process please try later. I would appreciate it if someone could contact me to let me know what is going on.

This certainly isn't the service we aim to provide!
