Split porting issue

Hi ,I have 2 mobile devices with PlusNet and ;decided to move 1 of them over to Virgin mobile using my PAC code TSL282111 . Before being taken over fully by EE and closing . Unfortunately porting over hasn't transferred correctly and I've ended up with a Split Port issue, and 2 suppliers ? i.e my account hasnt fully closed with Plusnet and hasn't fully opened with Virgin mobile . I can phone out , text out with Virgin ,but anybody calling or texting onwards goes to my PlusNet account & voicemail. Also ,my phone doesn't ring on incoming and no text in notifications as phone is now on a Virgin SIM , totally baffled 🤷‍ . Virgin customer services are more than useless and haven't got a clue. PlusNet admit it's a split porting error ? But who sorts it? I was told it's back office but who's back office ? Any idea how I sort this out please ?

Re: Split porting issue

EE were having issues with the Transtel platform two weeks ago, which I was advised (by a high authority) was fixed a week ago.  I have flagged up the possibility of on-going issues.
