Split port post transfer

So transfered to Plusnet over 2 weeks ago still can't receive phone calls. Every time I phone customer service I get fobbed off that technical support are dealing with it. Wish I'd never transferred to this bunch of amateurs

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're experiencing since your port-in. I completely understand how inconvenient this can be, but rest assured, if it's been raised with our Operations Team, they'll be working to resolve this as soon as possible.
