Since switching to plusnet from EE (via Uswitch) one specific landline is unable to call me - it never connects. As far as we are aware there is no block on the number and other landlines are able to connect without an issue. The landline in question is a very important one and if they're unable to call there is little point me being on the network. Any urgent help greatly appreciated. Thanks.
