Hi,
I've just arrived in Chile and cannot get my sim to even connect to a network let alone get data. I've tried rebooting/turning on and off airplane mode etc. My EE sim works fine with both voice and data.
Thanks
Paul

What SIM are you trying to use in Chile, a local one?
When you say your EE sim is working fine then it would suggest your phone is locked and there is not a problem with your device (apart from it being locked).

Hi,
Sorry it's my plusnet sim, same for my wife. I have got a local movistar one, also working fine. Phone is unlocked and has been used with 3 and Vodafone with no issues. Just cannot get the sim to connect even when trying to manually select a network.
