Sim card not arrived and can't call as I'm supposed to be on Plusnet network now

Still not got my new sim card. Its activated somehow though. Now I'm unable to make any form of contact from my mobile. Only silver lining is I'm still able to use WhatsApp only if connected to WiFi.

SIM cards automatically activate 2 days after they are sent out.

Give mobile support a call from another phone (its a freephone number)

To quote from the contact us help pages https://www.plus.net/contact-us/

our SIM should be with you in about two days. If it's been longer than that, give us a call on 0800 079 1133 (press option 1, then option 2).

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Thanks mister, but until I'm able to contact them. I'm stuck without communication.

Re: Sim card not arrived and can't call as I'm supposed to be on Plusnet network now

Hi @StephenWoods

I'm sorry to see you haven't got your sim yet.  Could you drop me a private message with the following details? This information will pass our data protection checks.

+Your mobile number

+Your full name

+Your full address

+Are you the account holder?

+Your date of birth

+Last 2 digits of your bank account number

+Last 2 digits of your bank sort code

When private messaging me, please include a link to this thread as our staff private messages go through a centralised system internally so I might not actually personally message you back. Although just a few of us monitor our Community Forums so there’s a good chance I’ll pick it up.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
