HIya
I took up the offer of ten a month for the deal you was prompting was advised i would need a new sim card..
my life mobile details had moved over to plus net by now so i assume it is classed as a sim card replacement./
Was advised it would be active within 2 hours? (This was 5pm yesterday....)

I think you will find they will send you out an new sim card to replace the LIFE one.
After, you get the replacement it will activate within a few hours.

Yup i had it yesterday.
Rang up to activate and its still not on..

I believe that SIM activation takes up to two days .... not two hours.
I received my SIM on Thursday morning and it was activated around 17:00 on Friday.

Hi ej2095,
If you are a brand new customer, the SIM will automatically become active up to 2 days after dispatch date. If you are moving onto one of the shiny new tariffs from an existing plan, it all depends on whether you are on 3G or 4G.
If you are moving from 3G to 4G, you have received your SIM and then you have contacted us to move your tariff over, then it will become active at midnight that night.
If you are moving from 4G to 4G, it will take effect on your next bundle refresh date.
You can also try basic troubleshooting steps:
- Turn the handset off.
- Take the SIM out.
- Wait a couple of minutes
- Replace the SIM.
- Turn the handset back on.
This reboots and refreshes the signal to the SIM card.

Was on life mobile rang up about offer got sent new sim and girl on phone said new tarrif will kick in.
Still nothing..
