@MatthewWheeler account still active can login sim still active and works.

Gotta be the slowest company ever every other account I've terminated with other networks have terminated within an hour.
So the customer service rep I spoke on phone to chatted a load of [-Censored-]s as he told me it be fully terminated and refund issued within 10 mins of call and all I got was my first bill late last night but the accounts terminated yeah🤔 does plusnet often send bills to terminated accounts ?

I can see that the request has been sent through for the account to be canceled

Unfortunately, in some cases, this can take a while but I can confirm that it is in the process of being cancelled

Thought I'd got rid of plusnet but no today I get a bill lol a bill for an account that was supposed to be terminated weeks ago
