I signed up Thursday 29th September
Sim has still not arrived my previous supplier has disconnected my service as of Monday 3 October
Now unable to use phone as a phone
I expect Royal Mail have disrupted the delivery but can somebody contact me to check it has been dispatched please.

Hi,
I have had a similar issue, my sim hasn't arrived and its been 7 days now.
I cannot call customer support and I cannot find an email to contact?
