2.Try accessing the website from a different web browser
3.Try accessing the website from a different device
4.Try updating your web browser to the latest software
With regards to the Mobile App, we do not have any updates on this right now, but as soon as we do we will be sure to let all our customers know!
In the meantime, you can pin the website to the home screen of your smart phone, meaning this will work much like an App
