Signal pretty much doesn't exist

I've been with plusnet a while now, haven't had any bother really. However this has changed recently. I seem to get pretty much no signal, unless I'm outside, then I'm lucky to get a bar or two. I've used the coverage checker for the areas I'm in most, it says I'll get great signal outdoors, and good signal in. For me, this simply isn't the case. I've tried restting phone/network settings, even got a new phone, still pretty much nothing. Anyone got any ideas?

The problem with Plusnet mobile is that it doesn’t have access to all of the EE bands, which can cause problems in fringe areas. This could be your issue. It could also be that a band has dropped off the EE network recently and hasn’t been repaired yet as EE customers will simply revert to one of these extra channels.

Have you got any friends who are EE customers

If so try your SIM in their phone and their SIM in your phone and see what results you get

The problem with Plusnet mobile is that they do not support WiFi calling.

I've tried my sim in a few phones, same thing happens, lucky to get a bar. I will ask someone if I can try their sim and see if that works

Yeah I seen the option for WiFi calling, but it never actually enables.
