Signal has disappeared in Irlam

Signal has disappeared in Irlam, Manchester - is there a network outage?  Never had an issue before.  Have restarted iPhone too.  Pls advise.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
