Short code opt out for marketing messages issue.

Recently been getting marketing messages from my previous mobile phone provider. With the option to stop them by texting STOP to a short code number.

As Plusnet Mobile does not support short codes how do I stop these text messages from being sent to me?

Just find the full telephone number for the company and ask them to stop, you don't have to use the shortcode.

Text came from a 4 digit number.

Link only allows 3 or 9 digit numbers.

That's 3 to 9, not 3 or 9.

4 digit Number is not recognised.

But the link will be helpful for future texts.

As I'm sure there will be more.
