Plusnet is part of the BT Group.  BT has now taken to sending out text messages to their customers, asking for replies to be sent to short code numbers.  I have received two such messages in the past few days and I cannot respond to them because of the short code restriction imposed by Plusnet.

 

It makes no sense!  I am currently looking at alternative mobile phone services which do not have this limitation.
