I'm very frustrated at the refusal of PN to enable replies to short SMS messages from my bank. On several occasions my account online access to Barclays has been shut down through not being able to reply . PN labelled the previous correspondence on this as fixed when nothing has changed. It's still a problem!!

Same issue here, I really need to be able to send a text to a short code number.
Ironically, PN said a while back that the feature is to stop people getting inundated with niusence texts, but it's the fact I'm unable to reply that means I can't opt out of the niusence messages. Well done PN!

To be honest, I would say all plusnet plans will eventually get switched to EE as nothing has changed on this network for years - BT have been spending loads on ee and almost nothing on plusnet. I would say plusnet will probably never offer this at all, but they will eventually switch you to EE where you could get it. This is just a guess but it seems likely to happen.
