Service still restricted

I am presently on holiday in Turkey and by mistake I left my mobile data switched on and reached the spend cap limit on my account, I received a email confirming my service had been restricted, I made a payment to clear my spend cap and received another email to say that I can now use my services.

I am still unable to make or receive calls and neither can I send or receive texts, I have sent a message via twitter over 24 hours ago and have not received a response and the same with Facebook messenger.

I really need access to my mobile service so I hope that somebody can help me please then that will be great?, Many thanks.
