Service status or service checker with plusnet?

We’ve had no signal for 2 days now, we used to be able to access the EE service status and checker but it won’t now allow plusnet mobiles. Do you offer this service instead and if not where do we report faults and no service?

You don’t need to enter a phone number to check on the EE site, just a post code and phone type.

You can’t report a fault or start an issue without an EE number-or receive any update. You can only see an issue with a postcode if other people have reported it.

I'm sure if there is a fault EE will know about it anyway. They have far more EE customers in any given area
Also there is little PlusNet can do about a network fault
