Hello,
Does anyone else have this issue ?
For the 4th time this year my DD was 'unable to be taken', according to a text message I received. Log in to my account and it tells me nothing is owing and the DD is in place.
I pay the monthly fee, then 2 days later get a message saying my service is now restricted. It's now 5 days later and my service is still restricted. No replies from Twitter help.
Contract won't be renewed when it expires in January...

And the only other way is via Twitter which I am not part of as a result I have had to resort to the only method available to me by using this community forum!!!
Surely you should be able to contact Plusnet via either a live chat on line or via email as I have access to the internet
Another issue is if Plusnet mobile allowed you to make phone calls via Wi-Fi calling as other providers do then you could use this to contact them ?

My name is <deleted> my number is <deleted> however I am no longer at the location where the issue was but I will be returning there soon and need to ensure the coverage issue is resolved as I will be there permanently.I have never had an issue before when I was Virgin mobile who also use the EE network

I'm very sorry to hear about the issues that you've had with the signal in this area. Please could I just confirm, does the signal work fine at your current location, as well as other locations too?

I'm glad to hear that's the case. I've had a look over the area in question and we're not currently detecting any signal problems, so if you do run into any issues when you're back there, just let us know and we'll be happy to investigate further.
