Service Issues - 20/04/21 - Can't call out

I got my new SIM today and it's been working. I rang 555 at midday and asked to port my old number. They told me it would take place tomorrow some time which is fine.

However, since about 3pm I am not able to make a call although I can still text and use data. I dial the number, then there's a few seconds gap and then a donk noise. Is this to do with the number porting early perhaps or have I got another problem?

Hi Annie. I am also having the same problem. Have been with plusnet for several months now and not had this problem before. Its not to do with the portering.x

Thanks for the replies @dvorak and @merrymairi . Glad it's not the porting but not a great first day on Plusnet Mobile. I hope it's not going to interfere with the porting if the problems persists tomorrow.

Another one here, can't call out or receive calls actually.

Tested with another phone that's on EE, so their network seems to be ok.

On hold with customer service now..

Am on phone to them now .In a queue. I also can't receive calls. Waiting an urgent call and they only have mobile number.

Hi is Plusnet having some issues, I can't call out, text out, and even ringing it it just beeps, it started today, but the 4g works fine as used it to make a call on Facebook. Any ideas what could be wrong?

have two plusnet phones for self and daughter, can't make calls on either of them. how can I call them, don't have a landline. Pretty angry as no info and obviously a problem for several users!

Hi

I cannot make or receive calls from my mobile. Data and text works. I have tested the sim in another phone and have the same issue. Any suggestions on what the problem may be?

Twiiter and downdetector show lots of reportis now:

Why is the Plusnet mobile service status green? Don't tell me it manually updated.

Plusnet mobile support has confirmed that there are network issues. No calls can be either made or received. SMS and data  are working ok.
