Serious account glitch??

Just logged into My Account to remind myself what my memorable place was. Then flicked to my usage tab, then flicked back.

My memorable place had changed, presumably to someone else's. Other details remained the same

Did this a few more times and it changed back to my one, then to another one!!!!!!

Logged out and back in - my memorable place returned. Have not edited it.

Weird.

Re: Serious account glitch??

Hi @Whitemonk, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

I've had a look into this for you and it seems there was a glitch with site.

When an account doesn't have a memorable place set up the system will suggest different security questions with potential answers, it looks like this has displayed on your account too despite you having a security question already set up.

I've raised this off to our technical team so we can get this issue sorted :).

If you could let us know what web browser you were using that would be a great help so we can look into this further.
