Sending a Private message to PlusNet with account details

I posted a review about my mobile setting up/changing to PlusNet experience (it wasn't good!!) and had a reply from PlusNet:

"please contact us via Facebook, Twitter or our Community Forums, with a brief description of your query and your account details on a private message".

But, I can't send a private message on the Community Forum!

Any ideas?

Just more frustrations trying to deal with PlusNet and not getting anywhere.

To send PM's you need to have posted at least once in the forum, now you've done that you should be good to go.

Thanks, however...

7 weeks on, and despite private messages, phone calls, promises that I would receive payments, I'm still waiting....

I'm tired of being fobbed off!
