Hi, I bought a Plusnet monthly plan from their website! But I wanted to have my old number with Plusnet. So I put my PAC code on their website.. After 2 days I received Plusnet SIM card.. And also received an email that my number port not done.. So I thought may be they want to verify me,I should call them.. I called them, I gave PAC code to the stupid lady from customer service it wasn’t gone through,so I told her I’ve another code that is STAC.. She asked me to give her that number,I gave her and it worked..But she didn’t tell me STAC and PAC is not same.. It’s been one month I’m waiting to get my old number back but I haven’t got it yet.. Everyday I call Plusnet and same thing repeat again and again but my problem is not solved... Now I lost my EE connection(no network) I called EE as well. They said contact with Plusnet because they closed my account as Plusnet already used my STAC code, they can’t do anything... My old number is very important for me as it is link with my job.. What should I do now ?
