I have a new Doro mobile phone and recd my Plusnet sim card. Switched phone on and the first thing it asks for is the SP code. I'm loosing the will to live hear, can anyone advise? I've looked through all the paperwork for phone & card.

Welcome to the forums.

The request for an "SP Code" means that the phone is locked to another network.

So it needs to be unlocked or you return the Doro and get a new phone that is sold already unlocked.
