SMS delivery reports

Hi, can anyone (Plusnet staff if possible) please confirm if A) Plusnet Mobile provides delivery reports for SMS/normal text messages, and B) are they free (since some networks apparently charge for delivery reports)?

I spoke to a Plusnet Support agent earlier via online chat, who said Plusnet Mobile don't send SMS delivery reports, but I'm not sure that's true.

I'm very tempted to switch to Plusnet Mobile, but if it's really not possible to get SMS delivery reports then I'll have to look at other networks.

I get delivery reports and can turn them on and off and they don't cost anything.

However if you send a text to the voicemail number 07870020555 by mistake as I did a few times you get charged 12p a message for some reason. Looks like a fault.
