I placed my order on 6/9/18 and the SIM still hasn't arrived, please advise

Hello,
I am having the same issue I order the sim on line and a week later no Sim, then webchat with an agent who sent me a 2nd sim still no sim a week later now had to speak to someone on the phone three days ago still no sim. I will give it another day but I feel there is another issue with Plusnet despatch department. I am getting all my other post without any issues just plusnet sim just does not want to arrive.
If someone can look into this issue for me would be great.
