SIM issue?

This morning I could call & text, this afternoon I got a "No service" message on the call icon & an apparent "SIM error" when I tried to dial out. 

In addition, when I tried to text I got a message "Your SIM card is missing or damaged".

Because I can't call out, I can't get hold of PlusNet Customer Service, yet when I followed the instructions online to send a Tweet (which I did at 3:17pm), I didn't get a reply, & they're obviously closed now.

I have no other phone, so I am a bit stuffed. Anyone out there got any ideas?

Just wondering if you're still having issues?

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
