SIM in my name --> transfer number to daughter

Hi, up until recently, I had 2 Plusnet monthly SIMS - one that I used and one for my daughter (who was under 18 when I got them). I've now moved to another provider as part of a broadband deal and don't appear to have an PN online account anymore. Now that my daughter is 18, I would like her to have ownership of her mobile account (so does she!). She wants to stay with PN (happy to switch to another deal) and keep her number, but obviously I can't transfer the account over to her. What's the best way to do this? Thanks

Hi there and sorry for us taking a long while to reply.

As we can't change ownership or transfer numbers between mobile accounts it would be best to keep the account as is and pass on the SIM to your daughter.
