SIM cards not received

I switched my mobile to you on the 27th November. The number was ported on the 1st December but I did not Receive a SIM card. Phoned customer services on 4th December and another SIM was supposed to be sent but I still have not received one.

This is my primary business and I desperately need it. Can you do anything about this urgently or can calls be diverted to another number until it is?

Go online or call customer service and get your pac code then join white mobile or the phone coop they are the same as Plusnet just pay as you go
