I hope you're well. I understand there are strikes at the moment but I've been waiting since Friday 9th for my SIM to arrive (8 days and counting).
I would rather call and speak with you but my old SIM doesn't work any more so I've been without a fully working phone for 5 days.
Please could you send another SIM with a different courier so I get it soon?
I'm also paying for a contract which I currently cannot use...

@Air1212 Plusnet ONLY send SIMs out via First Class Royal Mail - there are no other options.

Hey there @Air1212 sorry about the issues with the sim card not being received. Have you got it now at all? If not, I can have a look at it for you.

No, still not received and it was sent on Friday 9th December.
Please could I be compensated for this as I've not had a fully working phone for 12 days and am still paying you for a service?
