Roaming 3g only!

3g available only when travelling to Poland. Internet is almost unusable.

I suspect 3G may just be what's available in the area you're at.

Is there anybody with you nearby who can get 4G when you can't?

There are other people in the same area with 4g. All polish providers have excellent coverage in this area. I was travelling across the country and even in large cities I had only 3G speed.
