Roam like at home

Hi I’m very new to this but I recently went to France and had difficulty with using my data.

I do have roam like at home but on my mobile it said I had lost connectivity because I had it turned off when I left the UK.

I didn’t know how to turn it on without being charged !!
Can anyone help & suggest what I turn on my mobile without being charged as I am going to Spain soon.

It will only be in Europe I would use it and know it should have worked but I wasn’t sure.

Hi there, if you turn roaming on, you won't be charged as long as you stay within a Roam like at Home country: https://www.plus.net/help/mobile/roam-like-at-home/
