Roam like at home for Turkey

I can see other o2, vodafone, ee and 3 all of them got free roam like at home for Turkey. But, why isn't Plusnet (ran by EE) isn't on the list for Turkey as a free roaming like at home?

Does PN charged for any text allowance, phone calls allowance and data allowance in Turkey or is it FREE? As I am going to Turkey soon for my holiday.

It's likely because we're an MVNO(Mobile Virtual Network Operator) compared to a MNO(Mobile Network Operator) like EE, O2, Vodafone, and Three.

I was bit disappointed that it will be chargeable in Turkey. But I think it will not go over the smart cap if my smart cap reach it limit. I suppose I have to use free wireless from the hotel and use free WhatsApp messenger instead of standard text message.

BT Mobile (also EE MVNO) have similar costs for Turkey.

@goldenfibre make sure you disable data roaming, £8/Mb is eye-watering!

Out of the list of networks you mention, I believe only Vodafone include Turkey as Roam Like At Home.
