Roam Like at Home restrictions?

Can I use tethering and my unlimited minutes/texts while benefiting from Roam Like at Home? 

I understand that a Fair Use policy restricting free data allowances to 15GB applies while using Roam Like at Home.

If you're able to use tethering on your handset you certainly can tether with your data allowance using Roam Like at Home and you can make full use of your unlimited minutes and texts.
