Reward Card timescales?

Hi there, 

2 weeks new as a Plusnet Mobile customer. No complaints so far. 

But not sure exactly when the relevant Reward Card will get sent to me? I can't seem to find much information about this from my welcome emails etc. 

Does anyone know how long this tends to take?
