Reset voicemail to default greeting

Thanks for getting back to us @susiee 

Our Ops team have raised this with our suppliers to reset your voicemail to its default greeting.

To change the amount of rings before voicemail kicks in, I believe the number to dial is **61*07870020555*11*30# 

The 30 is how many seconds the phone will ring before it goes to voicemail, I also believe this can be changed to 15, 20, 25 or 30. I had a similar query earlier this year Here and this seemed to be the answer.

Following putting in the above code it came up with "Call Forwarding has been successful" - no indication on how to reduce the ring seconds ... but .... drum roll .... got the greeting back ... hooray! Not sure if the code you gave me for the ring time made it work or it was already installed back

The ring reduction is the only issue now - I'll read the other thread to see if I am doing something wrong as it didn't say anything about 30/20/15 seconds etc

I've got a feeling that particular code (for the ring time you mentioned) was actually the correct code to reinstall the greeting as it was one of the codes I had listed the other day (before we knew my voicemail had been switched off)

I'm happy to see you managed to get your greeting reset to default. If you're wanting to shorten the number of rings, are you typing in **61*07870020555*11*30# changing the 30 to a lower value?

Oh sorry - got you now - the 30 before the # tag .... oh right - didn't realise until now!! Yes will try that and change the 30 to 15 or 20 - cheers

Apologies to hear this issue is still ongoing and for the inconvenience caused.

I've sent an internal chase email to our operations team in regards voicemail reset, although they are not in during weekend hours but we'll update you as soon as we get the update.
