Reset my Mobile Plan / Service & pay back a debt / previous bill.

For the past few months, I haven't had the money to make payments for my monthly bill (student life 😂😢), but I desperately need to reset my plan (for work & family stuff). I also need to simultaneously repay the bills that have stacked up over the past couple of months. Is there any way to set up a plan where I pay my bill each month, as well as a small portion towards the debt until it's fully paid off?
