Requesting replacement SIM card

Hello,

I seem to have damaged my Plusnet SIM card. Please could you send me a replacement?

Is there someone that I can send a PM to with my details?

Thanks. I've seen that staff members on this forum have previously helped with this issue so that's what I'm hoping for rather than having to call.

Hi,
Just to confirm, the SIM sent to me doesn't match my number & Matthew previously informed me that he'd need to activate it once it arrives.
