Requesting a new SIM - phone is lost

Hi all
Struggling to get this information in the website that keeps sending us to strange places.
My partner has lost his phone and we're abroad. We're looking to get a new SIM card delivered to our home address in the UK. How do we do this? I've spent half an hour on the website and nothing makes sense!
