Request to add the free 2GB to my sim

Hello,

I have Plustnet fibre and a 30 day sim. I'd like to add the free 2GB to my sim. As live chat is offline, can anyone point me to a request form to request this or could someone assist?

@Alphabetty simplest option is to call Mobile Customer Services ( call 500 from your phone ) and request a change in your plan to one of the Broadband customer deals https://www.plus.net/mobile/sim-only-30-day/existing-customer-offer

Why is the 2GB not shown when I try and upgrade? Looks like it is easier for me to get a better deal by moving from Plusnet than it is to stay with them - not a fan of hanging on the phone for ages trying to contact a call centre!
