You need to be online a certain amount of time before it gives you access to PMs. It would be quicker to use the online chat to be honest though.

I called 500 from my mobile phone and spoke to an operator who managed to reset the access for me.
Thanks, my issue is now resolved.

I'm having the same issue, switch safeguard off but doesn't seem to have made a difference.
