Replacement SIM

Hi,

Is there a way to get a replacement sim without phoning in? my phone is lost somewhere in a Welsh forest

Thanks a lot for getting in touch and I'm really sorry o hear that you've recently lost your phone! I'll be more than happy to get a replacement SIM card sent out, I'd just need to pass security first though.

I'm having trouble working out how to PM I'm afraid 😅 I think it might be a permissions issue, access denied on the private messages page and I'm not getting an option to PM you in the "contact me" section

Seems a bit arbitrary to not have the option to order a replacement once logged into the account or app!

Sorry to hear about your all losing your phones. I know a song about that too, and I know how stressful that is. 😩

You have to have made a certain number of posts to send PM's. It used to be 1, but not sure if the threshold is now 5?

Assuming you've passed it, you click on someone's name and with their info there should be a button to allow you to do it.
