Replacement SIM cost

Just browsing through the T&Cs and it says a charge applies for a replacement SIM and to consult the mobile charges webpage.

No mention of a charge for a replacment SIM there (e.g. if lost/stolen); could the mods advise/post a link?

Thanks for getting in touch with us, the cost for a replacement SIM card is £3.50 and will be charged directly to the account. I apologise if you're unable to find this information via our website; I'll be sure to feed this information back to the relevant department so they can look into this further.
