Hi all,
Received new SIM card on Saturday after damaging original one accidentally. Activated new card on Saturday night and still without any service. Have called customer service twice since activation as well ashing online chat and been each time been told that old SIM deactivation is "still pending" and nothing can be done and essentially that I just need to wait.
As I understand this process should take 2 hours, but 50 hours later I am still waiting. Has anyone had this problem? Can anyone help? I fail to see how Plusnet can charge me for my plan when I still can not access the service.
